Good to Know
- Whale watching tour takes place in a Zodiac or a Covered Boat
- Please note, the whale watching tour takes 3 hours
- For the Zodiac tour children must be a minimum of 6 years old
- Passengers 18 years and older are required to present either one piece of valid government-issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph. Passengers are required to arrive at the terminal no later than 40 minutes prior to their scheduled departure and complete check-in no later than 20 minutes prior. Passengers who fail to check in by the cutoff time will be unable to board their flight and their fare will be non-refundable.
- If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
- All passengers must be able to move independently to fly. Mobility aids (wheelchair, cane, etc.) may be used to reach the aircraft, however passengers must be able to board and deplane with minimal or no assistance.

The terminal is located at the water level, by the sea wall, and is situated below the Olympic Cauldron. The Vancouver Harbour Air terminal is located at: Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre Unit #1 Burrard Landing 1055 Canada Place Vancouver, BC Please check in at the Harbour Air front counter at least 40 minutes before flight time.
